MEN'S CLUB BACK IN CHARGE OF MEN'S OPEN IN 2026

Your GP Men's League organizers continue to be in charge of the annual Gilbert Plains Men's Open. With this we have moved this year's event to Saturday May 23rd. The stroke play tournament will see registration beginning that morning at 8:30am with the shotgun start slated for 10:00am. GPCC Members will pay $60.00 to participate and Non-Members will pay $80.00. NOTE: If you sign up for the Men's Open with your Men's League Sign Up Sheet the Men's Open Cost is just $50.00 in 2026! This cost will include golf, a meal afterwards and prizes with equal flights. Sign up your group at the GPCC Pro Shop. If you sign up as a single we will find a group for you to play with. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Why the strict rules for league registration in 2026?

A lot goes into planning, scores and scheduling Men's League at the Gilbert Plains Country Club. This hard deadline allows for organizers to complete the schedule in a timely and professional manner. In years past players that have not paid have been removed from the league which changed the schedule and saw some teams not get to play on certain weeks. We want everyone to be able to enjoy Men's League on a weekly basis throughout the summer with as little hiccups as possible which is why we ask for everyone to be paid and registered by this date.
